AFINNET seeks to improve the social and economic well-being of those living in poverty in rural communities. Our Social Outreach programs promote rural community development projects that strive to:

model God's love and justice in economic, social and political relationships,

model Christian relationships of equality between men and women, employers and servants, rich and poor,

identify violations of human rights and assist victims in obtaining their rights,

encourage the crossing of barriers of wealth, colour, caste and religion,

assist needy children to attain basic education and derive as much as possible from that education,

enable the full participation of youths and women in community life,

improve the availability of primary health care and means for disease prevention,

promote environmental protection rather than exploitation of the natural world.
